What we sell — replica disclosure
Every product on this site is an independently produced replica. It is not authentic, not licensed, and not authorised merchandise. Kicks on Deck is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by adidas AG, Yeezy, Nike, or any other trademark holder. All trademarks, product names and silhouette references belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to identify the design a product is modelled on.
You are placing your order with full knowledge of this. We state it on the FAQ, the about page and in the footer of every page precisely so nobody can say they weren't told.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel any order — with a full and immediate refund — where an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, an address can't be shipped to, or we suspect fraud.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free to United States & Canada. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before charging anything.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe on its own hosted checkout. We never receive or store card details. You warrant that the payment method you use is yours and that the details are accurate.
Shipping and returns
Governed by the shipping policy and the returns policy, which form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates — carrier delays are outside our control, though we will chase them with you.
Product descriptions and images
We describe products as accurately as we can and photograph the actual production runs we sell. Colours vary between screens. Minor variation between individual pairs is a normal characteristic of footwear manufacturing and is not a defect.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at volume, attack it, or resell our content and photography as your own. Site content, layout, copy and original imagery are ours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't legally be limited.
Consumer rights
These terms don't affect statutory consumer rights you have where you live. Where a term conflicts with a right you can't waive, that right wins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction — subject to any consumer protection law entitling you to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
