The short version
We collect what an order needs and what tells us which pages are working. We never see your card number, we don't sell data to anyone, and you can have your record deleted by sending one email.
What we collect
When you order. Your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. This is collected by Stripe on its own hosted checkout page and passed back to us so we can ship the order.
Payment details. Your card number, expiry and security code go directly to Stripe. They never touch this site's servers and we never see or store them.
When you join the list, vote on a drop, or take the quiz. Your email address and the optional answers you gave (silhouette interest, size, quiz responses). That's it.
When you browse. Google Analytics 4 records anonymised, aggregated usage — pages viewed, rough location by region, device type, how you arrived. We use it to see which pages help people and which ones don't.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't run advertising pixels or retargeting trackers. We don't ask for date of birth, government ID or any document that has no business being in a sneaker order.

Each of these is bound by its own privacy terms and processes data on our instructions only.
Cookies
The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device — it never reaches us until you check out. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies; blocking them in your browser breaks nothing on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data expires on Google's standard retention schedule.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email info@kicksondeck.store and we'll action it within 30 days — no retention flow, no "are you sure," no hoops. Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe.
If you're in California, the CCPA rights to know, delete and opt out of sale apply — and since we don't sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability apply, with our lawful bases being contract performance for orders and consent for marketing.
Children
This store isn't intended for under-16s and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and it's gone.
Security
Checkout and every page are served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled solely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. No system is perfect — but the most sensitive thing you could give us is one we deliberately never hold.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and, for anything that affects how we use your data, email the list.
