What to include
Whatever gets you an answer in one reply instead of four:
- Order status — your order number and the email you checked out with.
- Sizing help — your usual US size and the brand you're basing it on, plus which silhouette you're looking at. The size guide answers most of these instantly.
- QC photos — your order number, before dispatch. Happy to send them on any order.
- Returns or exchanges — order number and the size you actually want. Steps are on the returns page.
- Restock requests — the colourway and your size. These genuinely decide what we buy next, alongside the drop vote.
Faster than emailing

Elsewhere
We post fits, new arrivals and restocks on Instagram. Everything transactional happens over email — we don't take orders or payment through DMs, and anyone who DMs you claiming to be us asking for payment is not us.
