You have 7 days from delivery to start a return or a size exchange. Nearly every return we get is a sizing call — so if that's you, no lecture, just send it back.
What qualifies
- Unworn, with the soles clean and unmarked
- In the original packaging, with laces and any included accessories
- Started within 7 days of the delivery scan
Try them on indoors, on carpet, the way you would in a store. Once a sole has been outside it can't go back into stock.
What we can't take back
- Pairs that have been worn outdoors, washed, customised, or re-laced beyond a normal try-on
- Care and cleaning products once opened, for hygiene reasons
- Anything sent back without contacting us first — we won't be able to match it to an order
How to start one
- Email info@kicksondeck.store with your order number and, for an exchange, the size you actually want.
- We reply with the return address and a reference to write on the parcel.
- Ship it back with tracking, then send us the tracking number.
- We inspect on arrival and refund or dispatch the exchange the same day.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe within three business days of the pair arriving. Your bank usually takes another three to five days to post it. We refund the full price you paid for the item.
Return shipping
You cover return postage on a change-of-mind return or a size exchange. We cover it entirely if the pair arrived damaged, defective, or is simply not what you ordered — in that case don't post anything, just email us photos first and we'll sort it.
Damaged or wrong item
Email photos to info@kicksondeck.store within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the pair or refund it in full, and we pay the postage in both directions. You keep your original 7-day window on the replacement.
Cancelling an order
Email us before dispatch — inside the 48-hour window — and we'll cancel and refund in full, no questions. After dispatch it becomes a standard return.
Avoid the round trip entirely: the size guide takes two minutes and settles the question for all three silhouettes.
